This letter is to confirm the status of streets and utilities
within Mike Collins Drive along Lot 273-03 of Eagandale Center
Industrial Park No. 4. Sewer and water service is readily
available to the site along the Mike Collins Drive side of the
site. The sewer and water improvements were constructed as a
public project in compliance with City standards.
Enclosed is a copy of the record plans for the utilities and
streets in the area adjacent to your site.
Also, enclosed is a copy of a marked-up set of preliminary drawings
showing additional City requirements and details that should be
furnished with the building permit submittal.
