- On September 10, 1981, anrcrn was distributed listing several lots in
the Ridgecliffe lst Addition which would not be issued sewer and water
permits tmtil sanitary sewer service had been made availahle. Eecause
it is not anticipated that gravity sanitazy sewer will be available to
provide servioe to the affected lots until July/August of 1982, Orrin
Thonpson Hoires has agreed to install a te*iporary lift station from Man-
hole No. 37 to the 4" service line for Int 8, Block 9, Ridaecliffe lst
Addition. Attached to this mecro is a copy of the letter we received
from Orrin Thompson Homes whereby they indicate that they will perform
the installation, maintenance and liability of this ten:)orary lift sta-
tion/foroe main sanitary sewer until such ture gravity sanitary seaer
can be extended across the future I-35E during the spring of 1982. There-
£ore, with this tenporary system being installed and maintained by Orrin
Thorpson Hores, the terporarv hold on set,rer and water permits and occu-
pancy for the following lots has now been lifted:
