It was a pleasure talking to you on July 30, 1981. This is
to confirm my telephone conference of said date that there exists
no ordinance which would prohibit the erection of a flag pole on
the property owned by Capp Homes located southeast of the inter-
section of Cedar Avenue and Highway 13. If my understanding is
