I looked at the damage to the street at this address. The
damage is very light but it covers a large area. It looks as if the contractor drove a skid steer with
metal tracks on the street in front of the entire length of the property. IYs unfortunate that this
happened so soon after the streets were overlayed. I would not recommend doing any repairs as
any treatment we could do would cause more noticeable marks than already exist. The street is
currently scheduled to be sealcoated in 2003. I don't feel that there is any structural damage, only
cosmetic which the seaicoat should take care of. If you have any further Q's, let me know.

I received a call from Mr. Dick Carroll of 4485 Oak Chase Lane stating that the
landscaping contractor who performed work at 4479 damaged the pavement in front of that
address. Would you please investigate the extent of the damage and determine if it would be
responsive to any type of corrective repair work. If so, what would be recommended? (i.e. cut
and patch, infrared heater, rubberized patch sealant, etc.) If not, why not? (i.e. damage not
that extensive, repair work would be more disturbing than the damage itself, etc.) Let me
know the results of your findings so I can get back to Mr. Carroll. Thanks.
