This letter is to reaffirm our conversation on November 17.
It appears that a stock pile of dirt is partially on our property.
Further, someone has been digging around the lot corner marker.
I ask that you not encroach on our property, Oak Chase lst, Lot
2, Block 2, and that if the corner marker is moved, that you
resurvey so that it can be placed back in the proper place.
In addition, stock piling of dirt over the roots of oak trees
will suffocate and, eventually, kill the tree. Driving heavy
equipment over the roots will also kill the oak trees.
We wish to be good neighbors and would hope while building that
you would reciprocate.
