(hereinafter the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, as part of Public Improvement Pro}ect AIo. 732 (hereinafter the "Pro}ect"), the
Property was assessed using a per-lot equivalent of Sevzn Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($7,000.00)

thereon at the rate of six and one-half percent (6.5%) per annum. Provided, that if 'the Landowners can demonstrate that the Property cannot, under any circumstances,
be subdivided, platted or othenvise developed, the Defeaed Assessment shall be
forgiven.
3. The Landowners hereby waive their right to object or appeal to the initial
Assessment or the Deferred Assessment, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §429.081
and further waive notice of hearing on this Agreement.
4. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties'
heirs, successors and assigns and shall run with the land.

(hereinafter the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, as part of Public Improvement Froject No. 732 (hereinafter the "Project"), the
Property was assessed using a per-lot equivalent of Seven Thousand and no/100 Dollazs ($7,000.00)

thereon at the rate of six and one-half percent (6.5%) per annum. Provided, that if the Landowners can demonstrate that the Property cannot, under any circumstances,
be subdivided, ptatted or othenvise developed, the Deferred Assessment shall be
forgiven.
3. The Landowners hereby waive their right to object or appeal to the initial
Assessment or the Deferred Assessment, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §429.081
and further waive notice of hearing on this Agreement.
4. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties'
heirs, successors and assigns and shali nin with the land.
