Block;2.; -VieYuia- Woods Stubdivision against the approximate 89 lots prr
sently imder the aanership of the Unisource Corporation and/or Marvin
Bmp. CoLmcil action peYtaining to this respread of an existing assess-
ment included the wndition that all penalties associated with non-
payment for the three lots aaned by Mrs. Carol Lindo vrould be waived.
Haaever, past interest acciunmilated as a result of non-payment is to
be respread in addition to the principal amotmt inwlved.
Please take appropriate action to insure that this correction is pro-
cessed through Dakota Coimty as soon as possible. Please mke what-
ever arrangelrients are necessary with Dakota County to insure that Mrs.
Lindo will not be responsible for any assessnents associated with gra-
ding/gravel base and street surfacing against the referenced 3 lots

This letter is to inform you that on January 5, 1982, the City authorized cancelling
tha assessrents associated with the installation of qravel base, concrete curb and
gutter and bitimiinous surfacing to the above-referenced lots and authori2ed a final
siTplemexital assessr?ent hearing to provide for these costs to be spread over the JU9
parcels presently under the aanership of Mr. Marvin Bunp of B& K Pmperties Inc.
Based on this action, the City will be contacting the DaY,ota County Auditor's Office
with the directive to cancel the assessments as rnferenced belaa together with any
and a11 interest or penalties tnat may have accrued due ba their nonnayment. There-
fore, there will be no future assessnents perta.ining to these costs on the future
tax payments, as these costs will be respread in accordance with the agreement en-
tered into by Marvin Btmqa and the City of Eagan.
The follaaing table references the total assessmeait pertaini.ng to the respective
item as was levied against each of the re£erenced lots. Because this assessnent was
spread over a 10-year period, the dollar ai;nmt on your tax stategmnts indicates the
annual installment of the principal plus the interest. Therefore, future tax state-
