WHEREAS. .appellants and Respondent have resolved the disputes over the assessments
levied against the Subject Properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowtedged by the
parties, the parties do hereby agree as follows:
1. $TIPULATION OF SETTLEMENT/DISbf(SSAL. App011antS and Respondent
stipulate that the above-entitled matter has been fully compromised and
settled and therefore it is agreed that the above-entitled matter be
dismissed with prejudice and without costs to either party, and the Court
Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to dismiss this action with
prejudice and without costs of record.
2. RE.aSSESSiMeNT. The assessments for the subject property are hereby
reassessed as follows:

M. Prezisse v. City ofEagan, District Court File No. 19-C6-01-7784; and

WHEREAS, Appellants and Respondent have resolved the disputes over the assessments
levied against the Subject Properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by the
parties, the parties do herehy agree as follows:
1. STIPULATION DF SETTLEMENT/DISMISSAL. AppCIlantS and Respondent
stipulate that the above-entitled matter has been fully compronLised and
settled and therefore it is agreed that the above-entitled matter be
dismissed with prejudice and without costs to either party, and the Court
Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to dismiss this action with
prejudice and without costs of record.
2. REnssESStVteNT. The assessments for the subject property aze hereby
reassessed as follows:

County Treasurer to recomputed Appellants' real estate taxes using the
above-referenced assessment figures.
