CODE ANALYSIS FOR NEXTEL BUII.DING PERMIT APPLICATION AT 4101 OLD SIBLEY MEMORIAL HIGHWAY Nextel will be constructing its equipment building in conformance with the building footprint that was approved with the site plan as part of the Conditional Use Pernilt approved for this property on June 19, 1996, by the Eagan City Council. The building being proposed by Nextel meets all of the setbacks, construction type and parking as shown on the approved plan. Any landscaping disturbed by Nextel in the construction of its equipment building will be replaced by Nextel. The building will be stick built of concrete block with an asphalt shingled roof. The roofline, colors and building materials will match as closely as possible the existing building on the site. This will be an unmanned building with no separation walls in the interior. Parking will be on the existing asphalt parking area with pedestrian concrete walk as shown on the approved CUP site plan. There will be no plumbing necessary for the building. There are no corridors in the building.
