AddRion, the City is requiring a proposal to provide drainage prior to issuing a building
permit. In addition, the City is requiring a$2,000 escrow as a financial guarantee to
insure the drainage is provided as proposed and wfthin the time as proposed. This
$2,000 can be released at such time as the City can determine the drainage improvement
has been completed and is functioning as intended.
