As requested in your letter dated May 2, 2007, Building Permit #77474 has been cancelled and a
refund of $110.00 will be forwarded to you under senarate cover. One-half of the plan review fee
($20.00) is retained by the City. Building plans you submitted for this permit are being retumed
to you with this letter.
This letter is also meant to advise you that effective danuary 1, 2001, the City of Eagan's Fee
Schedule assesses a$50.00 fee to refund permits that have heen processed and receipted. As a
courtesy, we are informing contractors of this policy and issuing a full refund for a cancelled
permit on a"one time only" basis.
