In conjunction with this correspondence, some of your neighbors have indicated an interest in drainage improvements for sump pump discharge connections. The enclosed plan sheet shows an option being considered. Upon review of the plan sheet, you may recognize that the alignment of the proposed drainage pipe would pass through the boulevard adjacent to your property and across your driveway, While the proposed pipe location would not be on your property, we understand that you maintain the area that would be impacted. My purpose for writing is twofold. First, are you interested in having an underground connection for your sump pump discharge rather than a ground surface discharge? Second, do you have any concerns with the proposed placement of the drainage pipe? There is no direct cost proposed to any of the property owners for the installation of a drainage pipe. Restoration of any drainage pipe construction activities would be completed as part of the contractor's responsibilities. Any disturbed areas would be left in a condition equal to the current condition(i.e. grass turf areas would be filled with topsoil and seeded with grass seed for turf establishment, paved driveways would be patched with driveway pavement on top of a gravel base).
