Change order payment will not be connected to the original contract payments. In the event payment in full for
requested change order is not received by Christians, Inc. requested change will not proceed.
Surplus materials are the property of Christians. Inc. Christians. Inc. normally over orders materials per project to
allow for mis-cuts. warped & damaged materials. or we may need a little more material then expected.
In the event payment is not received as scheduled in our office, all work will come to a stop and your account will be
charged $ 175.00 for the stoppage plus all additional costs due to the stoppage. Prior to rescheduling commencement of
repairs, scheduled payment plus $ 175.00 stoppage fee any additional fees are to be received in our office one (1) week
prior commencement of repairs.
Balances 30 days past due will be charged a finance charge of 1 1/2% per month for an annual percentage rate of 18%.
Christians, Inc. will under Minnesota State Law file a mechanics lien against your property on balances 45 days past due,
for outstanding balance, court cost's, interest, and attorneys fees
"NOTICE"
(A) ANY PERSON OR COMPANY SUPPLYING LABOR OR MATERIALS FOR THIS IMPROVEMENT TO YOUR
PROPERTY MAY FILE A LIEN AGAINST YOUR PROPERTY IF THAT PERSON OR COMPANY IS NOT PAID
FOR THE CONTRIBUTIONS.
(B) UNDER MINNESOTA LAW, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO PAY PERSONS WHO SUPPLIED LABOR OR
MATERIALS FOR THIS IMPROVEMENT DIRECTLY AND DEDUCT THIS AMOUNT FROM OUR CONTRACT
PRICE, OR WITHHOLD THE AMOUNTS DUE THEM FROM US UNTIL 120 DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF
THE IMPROVEMENT UNLESS WE GIVE YOU A LIEN WAIVER SIGNED BY PERSONS WHO SUPPLIED ANY

ARBITRATION:
Should a dispute arise as to the enforceability or breach of any term of this Agreement, the parties agree to submit their
dispute(S) to binding arbitration under the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Pursuant to such arbitrator's
determination, the prevailing party in said arbitration shall be entitled to the reimbursement of their costs and expenses,
including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney fees.
If a duly signed copy of this Agreement is not received by Christians, Inc. by: October 15, 2008, Christians, Inc. shall be
released from all obligations and conditions of this agreement.
Christians, Inc., it's employees, sub -contractors and material men will be held harmless by any actions legal or civil for
interior microbial contamination either airborne, or surface and health related complications for microbial infestation.
Christians, Inc. does not give nor implies any warranties for interior microbial contamination. Current property owner
is to furnish and supply a microbial assessment by a certified industrial hygienist, and protocol for remediation by said
industrial hygienist prior to start of the repair and again at the completion of repairs at owners expense. This estimate of
repairs does not include interior microbial remediation, a separate estimate would be required to remediate interior
microbial contamination.
"NOTE"
Christians, Inc. will handle the window & door units with the utmost care during the removal & reinstallation process.
However when detaching and resetting of windows & doors unit's, damage may occur to existing units. Christians, Inc., it's
employees, and sub -contractors will be held harmless of such damage if it occurs. In the event repair or replacement is
required from such damage this additional cost will be billed to the homeowner, and payable prior to repair and/or
replacement of the window or door unit
HOMEOWNER: To remove ALL wall hangings (pictures, knick-knacks etc.) Christians, Inc. their employees and/or
sub -contractors will not be held liable for wall hangings falling off the walls and causing breakage and/or damage to
themselves and/or other furniture or flooring. DO NOT REHANG WALL HANGINGS - Until all work is completed 100%.
Homeowners responsibility: Maintain homeowners property insurance for fire/wind/hail/water, will have an area for
stagging of construction equipment and/or materials, keep work areas free from animal feces, keep children from work
areas.
Uwe have read the terms and conditions of this contract, by signing this contract Uwe do hereby agree with the stated
terms.
