Dear Ms. Mann:
On February 20, 1985 a final inspection for occupancy was made by this office
and occupaney allowed. The column footings for the deck were to be completed
at a later date, however an inspeetion on June 13, 1985 revealed that the
fittings were still nc? in place. The oceupant and builder, Ruscon Homes of
1000 E 146th Street, Burnsville, were notified to complete the construetion.
The department's last follow-up inspection was on June 25, 7985 and the column
footings were still not complete.
