No documents wsre available for review. A site visit was performed on August 16, 2401 and photagraphs were taken. The east anci vvest basement walls have horizontal cracks approximately 24" from the top of the wall. A,Iso, the wall is "out of planc" at the crack locatibn_ We believe that the east and west basement wa1ls require remedial repairs_ Additional grout and reinforcing should be inserted as shown on the attached detai.l: If the owner re.quired the walls ta be "in plan"; the soil on the exterioc of tha fauntlation needs to he removed and the wall can then be re-aligned.
