This letter is to verify that Maril.ey Brothers Conslruction has abided by the City of Eagan's Tree
Preservation Ordinance on Lot 1, Block 1, Sienna Woods.
During a site visit on February 11, 2004, all significant trees designated to be saved on the Tree
Preservation Plan prepared by Pioneer Engineering, P.A. (3-19-03) were observed on the lot and
are in good health, except trees #7141 (6" white pine) an.d #7728 (18" poplar). These trees were
dead at the time of my last tree in.spection. No impacts from construction practices caused either
tree's death. See graphic for details regarding the moving of (9) red pines that were moved to
this lot last yeax.
The house has been staked. Tree protection fencing should be placed outside of the dripline of
all trees to be saved, including the tree moving area (see graphic for notes). Future a ading and
construction should not have a negative effect on these trees.
