You are correct in your code interpretation.
A navy 1999 Tahoe with a"for sale" sign is parked in the front and side yards of the corner property addressed at
4833 Redpoll Ct. The vehicle registers to the property owner, Justin Ervasti. I called the phone number listed on
the sign, and left a voice mail letting Mr. Ervasti know his vehicle is parked in violation of zoning requirements. I
asked that it be removed by 6 p.m. today. I further explained he could park it in the driveway, but beings that
there are "for sale" signs on it, he could not park it on the street. I left my number for him to call me with any
questions.

There is a car parked for sale at the intersection of Red Pine Lane and Red Poll Court. On behalf of a
Council member, Tom wants to know if it is legal to do that or not? I think that the answer is that we
determined that anything in the front yard has to be on a hard surface, anything for sale has to be
parked on the owner's property and anything parked in the right of way is illegal. Am I close?
Please provide an initial answer on these observations and then, if you have time, drive out to the site
and observe the specifics first hand. Tom would like an answer yet this afternoon please. Thanks.
