We have recently completed checking the right-of-vay grades for Richard's
Court and find tha[ the right-of-way is acceptably graded to the required
tolerancea as appropriate to the ai[e development grading plan. Aa such, i[
wili be the responaibility of the Ci4y's contractor to reatore the subgrade to
the proper grade and croea section.
In accordance with our conversation concerning the inatallation of the sani-
