being 20.00 feet wide, the centerline of which is described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot
20, distant 10.00 feet Easterly of the northwest
corner thereof; thence Southwesterly 140.00 feet
to a point 19.00 feet Easterly of (as measured at
right angles to) the west line of said Lot 20, and
said easement there terminating.
