pipe line, and appurtenances thereto, shall be ma+ntained, together with the right of ingress to and egress
Prom said premises, fer the purpose of constructing, inspecting, repairing, maintaining and replacing the
property of the Grantee located in the highway right of way, or the removal thereof, in whole or in part, et

uses herein specified without divesting Grantors of the rights to use and enjoy said above described prenises,
subject only to the right of the Grantee to use the same for the purposes herein expressed.
The Grantee, as a further consideration of this grant, agrees as follows:
(1) That it x11 pay to Grantors, any damages which may arise to growing crops, trees, lawns, fences or
buildings four the construction, maintenance, operation, removal or replacement of the pipe line above descri
(2) That, upon written application by the Grantor, the Grantee will provide a tap in the gas pipe line
located on and within the highway right of way adjacent to the property above described, for the purpose of
supplying gas to Grantors for domestic use upon these premises, and not for resale. All connections other than
;- the tap and the meter shall be furnished and owned by the Grantors, and the gas taken under this provision
shall be measured and furnished at the rates and upon the terms and conditions as may from time to time be
established by Grantee. •
This instrument and the covenants and agreements herein contai.•,ed, shall inure to the benefit of and be .:
binding and obligatory upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective
parties.
