Re: Boarding and Lodging Licence for Peaceful Mind Homes
Peaceful Mind Homes intends to lease the property at 3808 Blackhawk Ridge
Place, Eagan MN 55122 and use it as a home for seniors with memory loss. The
home would provide a homey atmosphere and services for seniors that require
24/7 care due to memory loss. There would be a maximum of 8 residents in
the house. The establishment is licensed as "Housing with services" and
"Housing with Services Class F" with the State of Minnesota. The copy of these
licenses are attached herewith.
Peaceful Mind Homes is currently in the process of acquiring a "Boarding and
Lodging License" with the State of Minnesota. The plan review application will
be submitted to the state. We would request to get an approval letter from the
City of Eagan regarding the intended land use for the same. Our brochure
explaning the mission, vision and services offered by Peaceful Mind Homes is
attached herewith.
