During a site visit on April 25, 2003, a11 significant trees designated to be saved on the Tree Preservation Plan prepazed by Pioneer Engineering, P.A. (3-28-02) were observed on the lot and aze in good health. It is noted that trees #35 and #36 were to be removed during mass grading but efForts were made to save these two trees. The house has been staked. Tree protection fencing should be placed outside of the dripline of - all trees. to be saved.
