Preservation Ordinance on Lot 1, Block 1, Nahue's Edge 2°" Addition.
During a site visit on July 18, 2003, all significant ~ees designated to be saued on the Tree
Preservation Plan prepared by Pioneer Engineering, P.A. (3-28-02) were observed on the lot and
aze in good hpalth.
The house has been staked. Tree protection fencing should be placed outside of the dripline of
all trees to be saved. Future grading and construcrion should not have a negative effect on these
trees.

I have inspected numerous stucco applications put in by Ramiriz Stucco Ina and this company has
always shown quality worlananship. I requested signed letters from Manley Brotliers Conshuction,
general conYractor, and Ramiriz Stucco Inc., subcontractor, describing the materials used and
application (attached).
