Rosemary Sterns, a single person, herein referred to as "Landowner"
and the CITY OF EAGAN, a Minnesota municipal corporation, organized
under the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as
"City".

That the Landowner, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and
other good and valuable consideration, the recei.pt and sufficiency of

City, its successors and assigns, forever, the following easement:
A temporary easement for right-of-way and turnaround
purposes over, under and across that part of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 25, Township 27, Range 23, Dakota County,
Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 4, Block 1,
HAWTHORNE WOODS 15T ADDITION, according to the recorded plat
thereof; thence northerly, along the northerly extension of
