McDonald Construction requesting a 5' variance to the 30' minimum
required setback.
COMMENTS: The purpose of this Variance is to allow the proposed
house be constructed 25', at the closest point, from the property
line. Lot 1, Block 5 is a corner lot and has 30' setbacks along
both Fairway Hills Drive and St. Andrew Boulevard. The proposed
