Dear Mr. McNally:
In official action that was taken by the Eagan City Council at
a regular meeting held on Wednesday, November 4, 1981, your request
to provide for a study of certain improvements such as elimination
of the frontage road on the east side of Nicols Road north of
Diffley Road and south of Carnelian was accepted. The City Adminis-
trator and Director of Public Works were directed to organize an
informational meeting so the City can collect data and input from
the residents residing on Nicols Road. As soon as an informational
meeting date can be organized, meeting.notices will be sent out
to all the residents on Nicols Road. It is anticipated that an
informational meeting will be organized within the next thirty
days.
