I am forwarding a copy of the letter to you so that if any laws or codes concerning possible property damage, street parking, illegal businesses, or building occupancy levels aze being violated, you will have notice of this resident's concern. I believe this letter was fonvarded to me because of possible business, land use, or sign violations. We have had no reports of sign violations for this address. Last month there was a meeting in the building near our home with over 400 people. The peopte running the meeting say you can maka $85,000 in monthly eamings if you give them $400. The streets were full of cars and traffic - my neighbor's lawn was damaged because it was raining and someone drove on their lawn. I was very concerned for my children's safety and my property. I asked a lady coming back to her car if there was a sale somewhere. She said a man runs a meeting several times a week. Once a month they get a!ot of people to come and pay $10 each to hear the infarmation - but I could go free the first time. She said it costs $400 to join their company. This may be a legitimate business with one bad apple who is not very honest working in my neighborhood. My concem is that they said there would be another large meeting on the 11"' of November and that ! should park my car in my garage and keep my children inside. Should I be worried? ! wasn't gaing to say anything, but I decided that I would rather be safe than sorry. We have had several incidents of scratched cars and damaged lawns when this Jones organization has had large meetings. i'm not signing this because the women 1 tafked to told me to be careful when I told her i was concerned. She said the man who runs the show is very controiling and has some unsavary connections who could cause a!ot of probiems for me and my family. She was not planning on going back because she was afraid of this person. We feel that to designate and allow on-street parking for the handicapped on this section of public street would be hazardous to both the travelling public and the handicapped individual. Therefore, provisions will have to be made within your property to provide the appropriate ramps to both entrances from your internal parking lot. An alternative that could be considered would be the construction of a separated semi-circular access drive to allow the drop off of handicap people to the upper level of your commercial building.
