APPLICATION: An application has been submitted requesting a 12'
side yard variance that would allow a garage to be situated 18' from
the side property line along Sigfrid Street at 4243 Sequoia Drive
(Lot 6, Block 1, Evergreen Park Addition).
PLANNBR COMMSNTS: The purpose for the 12' variance is to allow the
homeowner to build an additional stall on the south end of the
existing garage. This 14' addition will allow for increased off-
street parking and storage. The new stall would be 18' from Sigfrid
Street, thus the need for the 12' variance.
