We live at 2124 Shale Lane, cedar=Graves #4;-t.=$look 7: My
husband, Milton, has been d:isabled for seven years after a heart
transplant. During the street reconstruction this summer, we had
a lot of dust coming in. Milton developed a lung disease and has
been hospitalized for a month. At this time he is in intensive
care.
Project 617R, cedar Grove Street Reconstruction, is now payable.
After reviewing the senior Citizen deferment policy and realizing
that interest accrues throughout the deferment, we have decided not
to defer this assessment. I am enclosing full payment and asking
your consideration to reduce this assessment.
