The Minutes state that because of upcoming weather conditions, the Council
would approve subject to ADC approval at the next APC meeting.
On 10/25/77, the APC did approve the addition and variance. The building
permit was obtained 11/17/77 and construction cammced.
The 7-Eleven store parcel was rezoned from R-6, Multiple, to C-2, Light
Commercial of 12/7/71. It was reclassified N.B., Neighborhood Business
on 2/18/75, when Ordinance 52 replaced ordinance 6.

men per Zonin rdinance No. 52?
I would like to have answers to these questions
prior to Thursday of this week so I can provide
