This letter is to verify that Manley Brothers Construction has abided by the City of Eagan's Tree
Preservation Ordinance on I,ot 4, Block 1, Nature's Edge.
During a site visit on 7uly 17, 2003, all significant h~ees designated to be saved on the Tree
Preservation Plan prepazed by Pioneer Engineering, P.A. (3-28-02) were observed on the lot and
are in good health. Replacement trees will be required for the removal of (26) significant trees
that originally were to be saved but due to grading for the proposed house will need to be '
removed. See attached graphic for replacement details.
The house has been staked. Tree protecrion fencing should be placed outside of the dripline of
all lrees to be saved. Future grading and consrivction should not have a negative effect ori these
rtees.
