But it needs to be a'/4" meter instead of a 1". This would be the second meter for 3356 Sherman Court. J-Berd originally paid for a 1" meter, which turned out to be too big. I called Megan at J- Berd today and she said she would re-issue the new check for the correct amount for the '/4" meter and get it to me. I also agreed to request a refund for the FULL originally paid incorrect permit amount upon receipt of her check. Once we receive her check, we should copy the current application for 70166 on to another yellow paper and use that as the new permit application with the correct price and reference the old permit number in the comments. Then we need to cancel the old permit number 70166 in the system and reference the new one. Remove the inspections from the old permit completely and red-line the application. With the future buildings, they are going to just run one meter line into the building and then get their own individual meters outside of the city. They are currently thinking these may be the only two meters in this building. 09/15 - Now the question is how the county addressed the units/bldg as opposed to how we addressed it as opposed to how they are referring to themselves. 09/21 - Received J-Berd's new check for the full amount. Jan originally said we would just refund the difference between the meter costs but J-Berd had already said they would re-issue the check for the correct amount. I cancelled permit 70166 and reissued new permit 70740. I sent a copy of the new permit to Megan at J-Berd and recorded the refund in the receipts book on 8/9/2005 as noted in PIMS. Jan is out this week so I will see if Dale wants to sign it. If not, I will wait for Jan next week.
