In order for the City to process your claim for reimbursement, you must provide the City with a copy of the invoice and/or a receipt indicating the amount you paid for those services. This information should be attached to the enclosed Claim Voucher and returned to my attention for processing. I apologize for the inconvenience that you incurred during the period of water outage. It seems water main breaks never occur during a convenient period for either the affected homeowners or our maintenance personnel who do their best to try and repair them as quickly as possible.
