The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) Metro Division has reviewed the plan. Before any further development, please address the following comments: Traffic comments: • A Right Turn Lane on northbound TH 13 is required for the proposed access. In addition, a signing and striping plan showing existing and proposed signing and striping is also required.
