City of Eagan; Court File No. C5-91-7935; and WHEREAS, the parties have resolved all dispute over the assessments against the Subject Property. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties do hereby agree as follows: 1. The assessments levied against the Subject Property for Project 543R shall be reassessed in the sum of $0. f 2. The parties waive any rights to request costs in the above-captioned action. 3. The City shall direct the Dakota County Treasurer to recompute Petitioners' real estate tax statement using the new assessment figure of $0 for assessments related to Project 543R. 4. The Petitioners waive Notice of Hearing and Hearing on the reassessment of the Subject Property. 5.
