I am obtaining quotes from two other sewer & water contractors, in addition to the one received from Valley -Rich (^'$40k), for this work. With this waiver, Engineering is OK with building permit issuance for Lot 3, Block 1 Rathman Addition, if all other items are addressed. Mike, scott, and leon have been working on the requirement of the tank and system. Leon will need to inspections on this system as it is not a septic system. They are still putting together the design required. As far as my requirements I believe they have everything except for the sewer service information, which is a little vague. Terry, you mentioned you would like to see the location of the holding tank, etc. for the system on the survey too, not sure if this is something we can require on a survey or not, anyone have any ideas? Also, wondering what the status is of the sewer/water service issue? Can I sign off on the survey or do you want me to hold it for a bit longer until issues are resolved? Thanks!
