Subject: Special Assessment and Senior Payment Plan
This letter will reconfirm our position in regard
to the Utility Assessment on our property at 1436
Skyline Road.
Before we left on vacation in early August, we
made numerous phone calls to the City Attorney, Mike
Daugherty, to find out what had been determined as to
a fair payment plan for Seniors. Nobody seemed too
concerned or interested in returning our calls and
after persistent calling,.we did get a response but
no satisfaction:.. Also, we are still waiting to hear
from the City Council on this subject as promised at
the 2 July 1991 meeting.
We want to go on record with this letter that
we will not be responsible for paying any interest
charges that may have accrued from 2 August, 1991.
