Thank you for yow letter dated July 17, 2007, a copy is enclosed. I do understand your request.
We are foreclosing on the three properties as referenced above.
The redemption period for 562 Caylin Street and 557 Spruce Street does not end until November,
2007. The judge has not placed the order for 529 Spruce Street. We anticipate that to be done
shortly and we wiil have a five (5) day redemption period for that property. What this means is
that currently we do not own any of the above properties. Therefore we do not have the autl~ority
to do any work on these properties. For your information, 562 Caylin Street and 557 Spruce
Street will hopefixlly be sold to Kurt Manley. We anticipate 529 Spruce will be finished by Mr.
