The center of said circle is a point 66.00 feet southerly from " the north right-of-way line and on the center line of STEEPLECHASE WAY of said STEEPLECHASE OF EAGAN. See also Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein. This temporary easement shall expire upon the future extension of Steeplechase Way. The grant of the foregoing temporary easements for cul-de-sac purposes includes the right of the City, its contractors, agents and servants to construct, reconstruct, inspect, repair and maintain a roadway and appurtenances over, under, across and through the premises, to erect and maintain signs in conjunction with the public's use of said roadway and appurtenances and any signs erected in conjunction with the use of the roadway and appurtenances.
