PUBLIC HEARINGS
TC 19. The vacation of public drainage and utility easements within Lot 9, Block 1,
Lexington Pointe Addition was approved.
TC 20. The public hearing for Lot 7, Block 1, Stoney Point 2nd Addition (3626 Lakeview
Trail) was closed and action on the vacation was continued until consideration of
the required setback variance.
Mike 21. A 10 foot variance for Anne Anderson to the 30 foot rear yard setback
requirement (from a public street) for Lot 1, Block 1, Ridgehaven Acres (1579
Stephanie Circle) located in the southwest quarter of Section 04 was approved.
Mike 22. A 3 foot variance for Karen Dozois from the allowed 20 foot front yard setback
for the construction of deck addition to an existing townhome on property located

southwest quarter of Section 15 was approved.

Ken 17. Change Order #3 to Eagan Well House Number 20/Park Pavilion to Ebert

Ken 18. The bids for the infrastructure low voltage wiring for the New Community Center

PUBLIC HEARINGS
TC 19. The vacation of public drainage and utility easements within Lot 9, Block 1,
Lexington Pointe Addition was approved.
TC 20. The public hearing for Lot 7, Block 1, Stoney Point 2nd Addition (3626 Lakeview
Trail) was closed and action on the vacation was continued until consideration of
the reauired setback variance.
Mike 21. A 10 foot variance for Anne Anderson to the 30 foot rear yard setback
requirement (from a public street) for Lot 1, Block 1, Ridgehaven Acres (1579
Stephanie Circle) located in the southwest quarter of Section 04 was approved.
Mike 22. A 3 foot variance for Karen Dozois from the allowed 20 foot front yard setback
for the construction of deck addition to an existing townhome on property located
at 1306 Crestridge Lane (Lot 2, Block 13, Timbershore 3`d Addition) in the
southwest quarter of Section 15 was approved.
Mike 23. A .22% variance for Rhett & Deborah Lewis from the 20% maximum building
coverage and a 1 1/2 foot variance on the 10 foot side yard setback standard in
residential zoning districts for the construction of a 352 sq ft living space addition
and a 14 sq ft wall "bump out" for Lot 5, Block 4, Westbury 1st Addition (1128
Westbury Path) in the northeast quarter of Section 22 was approved.
OLD BUSINESS
TC 24. The final assessment roll for Project 796 (Cedar Cliff/Mari Acres - Street
