After inspecting the site we found the landscaping to be in satisfactory condition. Consequently, the deposit can be released. The refund will be forwarded to you under separate cover. During this inspection, we noticed a few evergreen shrubs that appear to be struggling. These are located adjacent to the building. While we are releasing the security deposit, please note that the property owner continues to be responsible for maintaining the health of all plantings on the property, and must replace any plants that die or are removed due to disease. If multiple bathing facilities are provided in the same room, at least one must be accessible. Doors. Accessible doors must provide a 32 inch clear opening measured with the door open 90 degrees. Door hardware must be operable with one hand, not require tight grasping, pinching or twisting of the wrist, and operate with no more than 5 lbs. of force. If doors swing into a room, there must be a 30 inch by 48 inch clear floor space within the room that is clear of the swing of the door.
