CRY AOMINISTRATOR Certificate of Survey prior to issuing your Certificate of Occupancy for your home beina,
constructed at the above address. I understand that you are neanng completion on your
home and wanted to remind you of this requirement. There is a hold on your Certificate
of Occupancy in xhe Buildina Inspections Department to ensure that this important
document is received. The Certificate of Survey becomes a part of the permanent parcel
record so it is important ihat it represents true field conditions at the time it is issued.
MUNICIPAL CEIREF Please review the April letter as much of it still pertains today. Prior to issuina, the
3830 Pilot Knob Road Certificate of Occupancy City staff routinely inspect garading on a project. As discussed in
the April letter, any slope steeper then 3:1 (3 Feet horizontal for every ] foot veRical),

Correction Notice have not yet been addressed; specifically, stabilization of all exposed
slopes. With the recent snow, now is a great time to spread straw mulch on top of the
snow to satisfy this requirement. Because of this outstanding issue a hold has been
