In a conversation with Steve McKinley, Job Superintendant, and Marshal Oaks, Cottage Homesteads Vice-President, I was assured this problem would be resolved prior to cold weather setting in, or within the next few weeks. There is no provision in the Building Codes for cities to inspect blacktopping so the City of Eagan cannot require that anything be done to remedy the above.
