A site inspection was performed by City staff and an assortment of vehicles was noted on your property. There also appeared to be automotive work going on in the garage. As noted on the enclosed attachment, home occupations are allowed within the City provided that the occupation is conducted within the principal structure, no evidence of the occupation is visible from the street, entrance to the home occupation is gained from within the structure, and no attached garages or accessory buildings are used.
