The aforementioned permit was issued in your name. A City staff person has observed the site where the permitted work is taking place and has found deficiencies in the erosion control efforts. The City Code clearly states the authority of City staff in enforcing the removal of siltation, dirt, clay, or soil (SILT) upon any street within the City (Section 7.05, Subdivision 5.1 of the Eagan City Code). The following erosion control efforts should be taken immediately: 1. Removal of all SILT upon the street and walkways adjacent to said property. 2.
