I just reviewed the building permit plan set for the Minnwest Bank Addition. I made a note on the
plans that the pylon sign is to be relocated so that it does meet the required 10' setback. Also, one
of the conditions of the variance for the detached trash was to add some low level (3-4' height)
landscaping to the west side of the parking lot to screen the parking (75% opacity) from the public
street. The landscape plan that came in did not show additional landscaping along the west side.
Please confirm that the bank will be relocating the sign as that was not indicated on the Site Plan.
And also revise the landscape plan to show the required screening of the parking lot on the west
side.
