1. You may tear down the entire deck on the north side of your house
2. You may re-build the steps and the deck floor itself
3. You must wait for approval from the board of directors who will determine the type o
railing that is consistent with the architectural scheme at Surrey Heights.
4. You must wait for board approval concerning how the deck should be enclosed from
the floor down to the ground on both sides
5. You may build the first step over the downspout extension to remove the trip hazard
that was pointed out by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
. 6. You may proceed with the repair of the rotten sill plate and studs on the north side
of the house underneath the patio door and on both sides of the patio door.
7. You may dispose of any rotten material from the demolition of the privacy fence and
deck in the Association's dumpster.
