a matter of official record.
The City Council cannot act on this letter, realizing
there is no application for rezoning; and it is suggested that, if there ever is an application or request made
before the City Council for rezoning of these properties,

3340-3344 Dodd Ra. Please notice this objection is being made BEFORE sale
of this property to anyone wishing to develop it. 41e feel this should
leave the City of Eagan free to change future zoning of this property
from R-4 to R-1 or less density.
As single £amily homeowners we £ear additional density of H-4 units in
this area would depreciate the value of our homes. 41ith the proposed
development of South Delaware Hills we would be completely surr.ounded Uy
