The October 31, 2005 deadline specified in this letter was waived as you called and explained that you were going through some difficult times. However, sufficient time has now passed and you are still required to meet the requirements in that letter. The City is requesting that you submit permit applications and plans to our office bv November 15• 2006. Failure to do so will result in action by the City to remove the non-code conforming structures. No one was home and the gates were locked on the privacy fence. The guard rail is definitely non compiiant. It looks like it may have been replaced recently along with some framing and decking. There is no record of a deck permit. Also there is a patio door leaning up against the garage that may have been replaced. Again there is no record of a permit. There are 2 open permits for that address from 2003, one for reroof and one for a furnace replacement. No inspections on either.
