be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. 11. The exterior of all strvctures shall 6e £inished in -

- 19. Snforcement shall be by proceedings at law or in eqvit} - . . a9ainst any person or persons, violating or attemnting to violate any
covenant or restriction contained herein, which proceeding may be ei[ht
. to restrain violation hereof or to recovez damages for such violation.
15. Invalidation of any one of these covenants and re-. -

provisions hereof, which other provisions shall resiain in full force . and effect. .
